¡¡¡¡Hainan Yeguo Foods Co., Ltd. (HYF) was established in December 1996, and is now located in Provincial Poverty Alleviation Development Zone, Baishuitang, Xiuying District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, China. The enterprise is holding a factory area of 20,000 M2 and equipped with advanced and complete production facilities, a regulated quality controlling system and product standards. It is a high-tech enterprise in Hainan integrating R & D, production and marketing. The company is holding self-invented patents and other intellectual properties.
 ¡¡¡¡After a few years of rapid development, the enterprise has been expanded in size and formed a group of well-trained professional technical people devoted to their work. It is holding a self-optimized culture bank of Acetobacter and its core patented technology (ZL96100534.3) to produce bacterial cellulose with biological fermentation.
¡¡¡¡The company is principally engaged in production, deep processing, marketing and R & D of new products of high cellulose nata de coco. For many years, the company has been concentrating its efforts in R & D of nata de coco production and application, and participated in drafting ¡°Local Sanitation Standards of Nata de Coco in Hainan Province¡±. As a result, it leads the domestic nata de coco industry both in knowledge and theory and in deep processing technology and R & D capacity. Being creative in developing products of new concepts, the company is able to provide constant and highly reliable technical support as well as raw nata materials of different tastes to food processors, to ensure raw nata as additament to be integrated with commercialized production line of its clients. At present, the company¡¯s products are being extensively used in canning, fruit gel, food and catering, diary products, cold drinks, ice cream, bakery, seasoning, sausage, etc.
¡¡¡¡In addition, the enterprise conducts deep processing, marketing and R & D of new serial products based on utilization of tropical fruit yielded in Hainan, including mango, papaya, coconut and jinger (Zingiber officinale). The serial jinger products, for example, are made of an endemic jinger in the inner part of Wuzhi Mountain in Hainan Island together with tea, sugar and other ingredients and using traditional local techniques refined with modern science and technology. |
